Taking A Moment To Ponder

Have you ever sat alone for at least an hour every day? No television, no radio, no Facebook, no laptop or computer. Not even talking to your friends on the telephone. Just taking a moment out to ponder, looking out at the trees, at the sky, watching how life moves, how nature is and how you would find out that life is about things happening naturally.

There's so much meaning to life, more than books, television, your friends, who is doing what, who is saying what, who just went where. It is so very important to take time out to listen to your own thoughts. Listening to yourself and what yourself is saying to you. There is so much you will miss if you don't listen to yourself every day. It's where things come back to you, it's where you will know where you went wrong, where you went right, who is for you, who is not for you - if there were more that could have been done or said in a situation. Ultimately, it's where God meets you.

We have so many remedies out there, yoga, pilates, etc. but I believe truth and real peace comes from you and that meeting place where you will find him. Listening out, waiting and being patient is key to life, you become beautiful in that time. Asking and putting your requests out there, then waiting for a response is what gives you hope.

Today, every day take a moment out to listen to yourself, you will feel grounded and at peace in your life no matter what you're going through. Your life should have balance, it should have meaning and purpose...and it's okay if it doesn't right now, because it is never too late to find you. Never! Those people who don't want to hear silence are afraid of what they may find out about themselves, but until they stop and listen out for themselves, to their own indiscretions, hurts, mistakes, pains it is in the silence where real happiness will begin.

Today start, then come back to me, leave your comments and we can challenge this with each other...I guarantee you, you will be happy.

Love
Natalie
